Arizona Foundation for Medical Care (AFMC), Arizona’s leading managed care network and medical management company, announces the addition of Sun Health Boswell Hospital and Sun Health Del E. Webb Hospital to its EPO network, effective September 1, 2006. Sun Health EPO Hospitals are available through AFMC’s EPO/PPO Plus, Point of Service (POS) plans and Select plans.

Sun Health, a non-profit, community owned network of healthcare services, operates the 323-bed Sun Health Boswell Hospital and the 235-bed Sun Health Del E. Webb Hospital serving western Maricopa County communities that includes El Mirage, Litchfield Park, Peoria, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, Wickenburg and Youngtown.
