With American Community’s consumer-choice health plans, insureds pay lower premiums for protection and choice, and get—at no additional cost—superior fund administration and a powerful set of tools to help them make the best healthcare decisions.
Next Generation HSA™ is a value-added, qualified high-deductible health plan that can be used with a health savings account (HSA). Beyond comprehensive coverage, it offers consumers both choice and value. Next Generation HSA offers multiple options for deductible amounts and benefit percentages for network and non-network healthcare providers. In addition to a deductible-waived accident benefit, accidental death benefit and prescription drug program, it offers an embedded deductible option that allows a family member to start receiving benefits before the family deductible is satisfied. Optional coverage is available for dental and/or maternity.
Triple Tier™ is a health insurance plan that combines the advantages of PPO care with unique ways to save. Its distinct three-tiered design offers a flexible approach to receiving benefits, depending on the type of services received and where they are performed. Several plan options with different co-payments and deductibles are available. This plan comes complete with prescription drug coverage and there’s no deductible for doctor office visits, urgent care center visits and preventive care. Optional coverage is available for dental and/or maternity.
