Effective January 1, 2007, Arizona Foundation for Medical Care's (AFMC) professional services fee schedule will be reduced for specialists by approximately 7%. This reduction in reimbursement continues to align our comprehensive network with competing Arizona networks. Communication efforts are underway to inform healthcare insurance actuaries and employee benefit professionals of this reduction that will enable AFMC plan quotes to remain competitive.
