AFMC's PPO Plan will be offered to all Patriot Health Arizona Members
Arizona Foundation for Medical Care (AFMC), the largest, Arizona-based, independent healthcare network, and Patriot Health, an administrator and service provider of medical plans for the underinsured, announced today they have contracted to provide Patriot Health members living in Arizona access to AFMC's PPO medical network.
"We are please that our PPO, with its large Physician, Hospital, Specialty and Lab networks will now be included in all Limited Medical Plans offered to Patriot Health Members residing in Arizona," said Bob Smith, Director of Marketing and Network Management.
