At Arizona Foundation for Medical Care, good health and wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do. We want you to feel your best. That means focusing on your health every day with a balance of exercise, nutrition and healthy habits for one’s mind and body.

We encourage our members to stay healthy by seeking preventive care and medical treatment at the onset of illness at the over 14,000 physicians and specialists, 168 urgent care centers, 51 convenience clinics, 73 hospitals and hundreds of facilities that comprise the AFMC provider network.

We offer employer groups wellness and medical management programs to promote healthy lifestyles, minimize health problems and reduce healthcare costs. It’s about enhancing the quality of life of their employees and reducing health-related absenteeism.

And we have created the Health Education area of the AFMC Web site to provide a wealth of information and tools. Within these pages, you will find a number of links to various wellness and disease management sites, as well as educational articles.
