Department: Administration Credentialing

Description: The Credentialist is responsible for screening PPO provider application files, tracking and logging the information and interacting with Contracting, Provider Relations, Business Relations and Communications; Greater Arizona Central Credentialing Program (GACCP) and provider offices.
Requirements: Experience in Windows, Excel, Word and Access. Excellent communication skills, written and oral. Ability to interact with medical professionals. Able to maintain high level of confidentiality and excellent organizational skills.
Experience: Prefer several years medical and/or credentialing experience.
Education: High School Diploma required; minimum two years college or work experience in medical field desired.
Salary: Depends on experience.
