Dr. Jain is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and subspecialty of Pain Medicine. A graduate of New England Medical Center at Tufts University in Boston, he has served in a variety of clinical settings utilizing a wide range of medical techniques, including fluoroscopy-guided spinal injections, EMG/NCS and acupuncture.

Dr. Jain believes in a patient-centered, cost-effective and comprehensive team approach to patient care. He has fellowship training in Integrative Medicine with Dr. Andrew Weil and also from Duke University. He incorporates the principles of Integrative Medicine in his treatment plans for neuro rehab and pain medicine.

Currently, he serves as Medical Director of Acute Inpatient Rehab Unit at Abrazo Central Campus and has developed an outpatient practice of “Integrative Sports and Spine”. He is a clinical professor in the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at University of Arizona School of Medicine and also participates in teaching Family Medicine residents at Abrazo Central Campus. He is external consultant to AZ Medical Board since 2012 and past president of medical staff at Honor Health Rehabilitation Hospital.

Dr. Jain has been honored by Phoenix Magazine as a “Top Doctor” in Physiatry and by Scottsdale Healthcare Foundation as “Physician Philanthropist”. He enjoys hiking, yoga, meditation and cooking with his family. He is married to Bina Mittal-Jain, PhD and they have a son, Aakash Jain.
